Refund Policy

GP Staff Academy is the registered business name under which The Trustee for Potter Procurement Trust (ABN 72 199 119 851) supplies the Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we receive your request within 14 calendar days after purchase, you are entitled to a full refund under this guarantee. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gpstaffacademy.com.au from the address used for the purchase and include the purchaser’s name and order details.

Processing your refund

Once we receive a request within 14 calendar days after purchase, we will issue the refund without further approval and return it to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take 5–10 business days to display the refunded amount.

The course is supplied digitally, so there is nothing to return. When we issue the refund, the enrolment is cancelled and course access is withdrawn.

Australian Consumer Law rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited to 14 days. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the available remedy depends on the circumstances and may include having the problem rectified, cancelling the Service, receiving a refund for an unused portion or reduced value, and receiving compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
