Clear pricing for one learner or the whole team.
19 practical courses for Australian general practice teams. Three courses are free, 15 focused courses are AU$10 each, and the receptionist certificate is AU$20. Paid prices include GST, per learner and per course. No automatic subscription.
One learner or your whole team
Choose 12 months of access to the current 19-course library. One payment, with renewal by choice. Assign the courses relevant to each person’s work; staff do not need to complete the whole library.
Individual courses or library access?
Choose individual courses for a few specific learning needs. For example, receptionist foundations plus two A$10 focused courses costs A$40 for one learner, less than the A$79 individual library. Choose library access when a learner needs a broader range over the year, or a practice needs the included setup and completion reporting. Compare the courses each person will actually use; nobody needs to complete all 19.
Individual library
A$91 less than buying every current paid course separately. Individual paid courses total A$170 for one learner. Choose the library when it fits your learning plan.

All prices include GST. Per-learner pack prices assume every place is used. Each learner has their own login, progress record and a certificate for each course they complete. Team reporting covers assigned courses, completion status and completion dates for your enrolled staff.
Arranged enrolment: contact us to confirm the named learners, start date and reporting contact before payment. Library checkout is not yet available online. The 12-month term starts when access is activated; there is no automatic renewal.

The short answers.
How much does each course cost?
Why are your courses so affordable? Is there a catch?
There’s no catch. We value well-trained general practice teams and want practical, useful education to be affordable.
We know training already costs your practice time away from patient care and everyday work. We don’t want course fees to become another barrier to developing your staff.
Our pricing reflects that commitment: accessible learning that helps staff build confidence and apply what they learn in practice.
Check what is included and the access arrangements before choosing a course or library pack.
